Dear customers, We would like to alert our customers and partners that there have been attempts to defraud them by sending payment slips on behalf of PKG BRAZIL. We’ve already taken all appropriate measures. In order to reassure everyone, the PKG Brazil team recommends that the following steps be taken:

- Never accept email from PKG BRAZIL with addresses other than the ...@pkgbrasil.com.br domain. Please confirm any information directly with our official telephone numbers.

- Never click on suspicious links to access PKG invoices (we use documents in PDF or XML formats). Our payment slips are delivered together with the invoice and the products, and the XML file is sent via email with the same domain.

- If you receive suspicious email with invoices, payment slips, proof of payment, requests for various types of bank transfers and the like, informing you of some kind of discount, or suspicious bills of exchange, check the internal sender (not only the email title and address descriptions) and if you suspect anything, interrupt the operation. We stress that PKG BRAZIL will not be held liable for undue payments made to FALSE PAYMENT SLIPS. We strongly recommend that you check the authenticity of the payment slip you have received before making the payment, making sure that the details are correct, as well as the origin of the company.
